Why is life constantly changing?

Hi everyone so I noticed that as I am getting older everything is changing. My life is changing, i’m changing, and my friends are changing. Why is this?

Life means change. Things progress, or go bad, or stop.

If there is no life at all, things stay the same, static, eternal.

All change comes through changing our minds, but it's only form that changes. Reality stays the same.
