It takes about 6 weeks to receive your green card once you enter the US. It will be mailed to your US address that you give to immigration when you are processed for entry.

According to recent Visa Bulletins, depending on your citizenship, it takes about 15-25 years for Priority Dates to become current on a petition for a sibling's immigration. That's when you get scheduled for your interview, biometrics, health exams, etc, to be considered for an immigration visa - assuming your sibling is still willing & qualified to sponsor you. Only if you are approved for & receive an immigration visa can you then enter the US. After you enter US on the visa & settle in US at your sibling's you will receive your green card - takes a few weeks to a few months to receive.
