Do i have to buy my new car from the same dealership that I previously bought gap insurance after getting into an accident?

    No. You don't have to buy a new car, and if you do buy one, it doesn't have to be from the same dealership.

    Of course you don't. The gap insurance has nothing to do with the dealership anyway.

    No but you might be able to negotiate a better deal if you do. This time, be smart. Buy a cheaper car and make a bigger down payment so you don't need Gap insurance
