Thanks, Phil. It seems you can celebrate African-American Music Appreciation Month by
2. expressing your faith through song
3. marching against injustice (presumably while singing), and
4. defending your country's enduring promise of freedom and opportunity for all, (while thinking of black musicians).
Or you can just sit back and enjoy some jazz, ragtime, hip-hop, blues, rap, be-bop, funk, boogie-woogie, soul, R&B, ***** spirituals, gospel, doo-wop, rock and roll, trap, DC go-go, Chicago house, Detroit techno, afrobeat, and even country and classical!
