Probably not. Organic chemistry is the most important subject for US Medical school. An undergraduate degree in Biochemistry would be what you need.

But in Europe Medicine is a five year course done directly after secondary school so why not just go direct and keep this simple. Western European medical training produces very fine doctors. German and Swiss doctors are the best in the world.

Biology with Genetics would be a three year not a four year undergraduate degree in Europe. You need to do some proper research rather than just guessing.

You must complete all prerequisites courses for admission to medical school. A degree in biology might not include all of the required courses. You must also take MCAT exam. Expect to need your university transcript evaluated by WES or some such organization to see if your courses are the equivalent of US courses, in addition to ensuring you meet all prerequisites. Among those prereqs is English, not just biology, chemistry, physics, calculus, etc.
