Some------Black skin in Africa is an adaptation too to protect the skin from the direct rays of the high sun------Original African were more red- brown skinned like the bushmen. Some , in Africa got darker, and men in Europe got lighter.---------of course many African blacks have white and American Indian mixtures, since their ancestors were shipped over there in Slavery times,

They are the same people with the same ancestry so they are the same unless you are talking about mixtures with other races. There is more mixing with people of lighter skin ancestry. If they are mixed, that means they are mixed and not "black". That isn't to imply that anybody is "pure" but there is a nonsensical standard that any black blood means you are black. That is a racist notion from Jim Crow.

Compared with the West African Coast where most African Americans originated: yes.

Almost all Americans are mixed at various level, including so-called "blacks"

Yes. There is a correlation between the geographic distribution of UV radiation (UVR) and the distribution of skin pigmentation around the world. Areas that have higher amounts of UVR have darker-skinned populations, generally located nearer the equator.

Correct, but even if skin color adaptation to UV is very fast, 400 years is quite short.
