Is it possible to disinfect your toilet without using bleach?

Yes. There are proprietary cleaners for sale. Not to be mixed with bleach of course.

Apple cider vinegar is a great disinfectant.

what makes you think you need to disinfect your toilet in a special way.
ANY toilet bowl cleaner will work. ANY bathroom cleaner designed for basin tub and tile will clean the seat and surrounding area.
Remember, after all that sanitizing, the first time someone poops or pees in the toilet, its no longer disinfected.

I'm assuming you mean chlorine bleach. Hydrogen peroxide, which is a "bleach" is actually non-toxic and does a great job of getting rid of stains and germs.
