    it would need top be both amphibious and peered by either you manually or combined with other means such as solar /battery/fuel cell etc as oceans are indeed vast and with no fuel depots or supplies for food /water too. its not a small ask. technically possibly though but not for light hearted or shallow pockets. a lightweight purpose built craft ...

    Even were your car amphibious, there would be no where for you to refuel, and the ocean is vast.

      If the car is democrat, it can "identify" as a boat and then sue the government when it isn't able to float.
