If trump switched parties and became a Democrat, could he still get re-elected?

Update:

Hint: Whether or not he would or could get the Democratic nomination isn't really the point of the question

I am not from the US so my view may be wrong but ...

It seems to me that the Democrats are the party that has been tasked with implementing the New World Order. There have been GOP proponents in the past like GHW Bush, for instance, but currently, the job is being pursued by the Dems.

The Republicans are somewhat aimless and are just there to provide a pretend opposition so that the voters think they actually have a choice.

Professional, long term politicians have learnt how to tap into the gravy train and are intent on carrying out their bosses wishes. Trump, on the other hand, is not one of them. He thinks that politicians should help the country and the people in it rather than just line their own pockets.

That is why there are such concerted efforts to get him removed. It started when he was candidate Trump and has been maintained until today. If Trump succeeds then much of the existing political swamp will be drained and many life-long politicians will need to get a proper job - or become political experts for CNN.

Nope you sound like a Bush43 supporter from 2008! Then Republican supporters were claiming Bush43 had been a liberal in conservative clothing from the start! That's why he compromised national security by ignoring terrorism until 9/11/2001!

He would not even be nominated by the Democratic Party. He currently trails Biden, Pocahontas, Sanders and even Corey Booker in polls. His approval rating is close to zero among Democrats His switching party will not save him.

What a load of nonsense! Are Trump rallies better attended than Biden's because people like to watch a loser?
