What would Mars opposing Pluto in a horary chart indicate if the moon is making a sextile to Pluto?
the question is "Will I get the contract for the lawn care work?" and Mars is in the 10th house and opposing Pluto in the 4th house and the Moon is in the 2nd house getting ready to sextile Pluto in the 4th house. Scorpio is on the cusp of the 2nd house and Aries is on the cusp of the 7th house, but, Mars is in the 10th house opposing Pluto in the 4th house.
so what might indicate? and which houses would I be looking at for the answer?

Disregard EVERYTHING except the planet that rules the First House (representing you) and the planet which rules the 10th House (representing your career/business).
Is your "ruling planet" making an APPLYING conjunction, sextile or trine to the ruler of the 10th House? If so the answer is "yes".
If there is an APPLYING square or opposition, the answer is "no".
You are going into all this stuff, but it doesn't matter. A Horary chart is very specific, and you have not said anything about the ruler of the Horary chart's 1st House and 10th House, nor if they aspect each other.
Erase EVERYTHING you have written, because by itself, it is useless information. Planets IN the 10th do not matter.
