2013 Malibu leaking coolant?

Have a 2013 Malibu that seems to be leaking coolant from a thin lower hose. I am not surewhat the name of this particular hose even is to call and ask the part store if they have it. There is a fatter hose that runs a few inches above it that is not leaking. This one is beneath that one and much thinner rubber hose. Which hose is this and is it an easy fix?

The heater hoses are probably 3/4 " in diameter. There are also hoses to the automatic transmission but they would contain fluid. An auto parts store will have it all in bulk. You need to bring in the hose or else measure it accurately.

Post a photo and also take the photo to the parts store to show them so they can look it up.

Actually many of the coolant lines on todays Chevys have plastic/hose line combos with o-rings at the connections. The o-rings start leaking at about your cars age. If you know the size o-ring you can just replace that.

The auto parts store probably has an exploded diagram in their computer database and you can point out which hose it is if it isn't obvious to the sales clerk. A heater hose is my guess.

probably the 'fatter' hose is the lower radiator hose and the thinner one is part of it that carries hot water from the lower radiator hose TO the heater ................
