In principle, it will work,
Guitar amplifiers are not only typically one-channel (mono, not stereo)
while konfuzers have stereo outputs,
but they are also tricky in terms of signal levels.
I use my laptop as a signal source for testing repair items including guitar amplifiers.
Since it is only a test setup, a "stereo spread" is not necessary, so it doesn't matter that
I normally connect only one channel of the laptop to the amplifier under test.
For normal purposes, though, it's really not a good idea Unless the amplifier
has a "CD" or similar input designed to handle line-level signals.
Most that do will have two RCA jacks so labelled; others may have a 1/8" (3,5 mm) "aux" jack.
In any case, you Can do it IF you are careful about the volume setting on the konfuzer.
Start with all volume controls set at minimum and advance each one SLOWLY
until you get good clean sound at a moderate volume.
Don't try to blast it.
