Why do they say sunbathing and tanning is easy, difficult and returning to their natural skin?

Your question isn't very clearly written, but my guess is that you are asking why it's difficult to return to your natural skin after tanning.

The reason is that tanning represents sun damage. Once your skin is a damaged by a tan, by the amount of sun exposure a tan requires, you can never actually return to its pre-damage state.

If you STOP tanning, if you wear sunscreen every day and never get a tan again, you can make your skin look a lot better and perhaps get close to the pre-damaged state (though not really close, since your skin will also be naturally aging), but don't expect ever again to have skin that looks as though it was never exposed to the sun.
