I'm sorry but I don't understand your question or what it means.

If you have copied that sentence correctly, then it was written by somebody who does not know how to use the English language. Kate is correct about the lack of meaning!

I am a native English speaker, and it doesn't mean anything to me.

You say you heard this in a movie. I'm afraid you must have mis-heard, or written it down incorrectly. As it stands it makes no sense at all.

What was the movie, what was the scene, who was speaking, what were they talking about?

Could 'at' really be 'out'? 'Outlived'? Makes a little more sense, but still not enough.

It has no meaning, the sentence is grammatically incorrect

It doesn't mean anything, because it's not grammatical English.

Yes I did. It is actually from a movie.

Never heard of that jumbled mess before. I’m certain you did not write it correctly.
