There are quite a few supernova candidates among the stars in our sky!
IK Pegasi is the closest, at 150 light years distance. Spica, Antares and Betelgeuse are among the others that are closest. Of these, Betelgeuse is believed to be the nearest to ending its existence in a supernova: it could happen tomorrow or not for another 500 million years- no one knows for certain.
WR 104 (in Sagittarius) is the closet Wolf-Rayet star which might go hypernova, at 7,500 light years distance. Eta Carinae is another.
