Your "salary" figures are just examples. In any case, those jobs are not salaried, they're commission based.

Real estate agents are not paid a salary - they earn commissions. If you're pulling that average salary from somewhere, well, it's not REALLY an average. A very few earn a lot, lot more, into the millions. A decent number make quite a bit more. Another decent number probably earn around that number, which is not a great income today. But there are a LOT of part timers who sell only a few houses a year while doing something else to earn a living, and they pull that 'average' down.
Consider also that there are far, far more people selling real estate and insurance than there are mortgage brokers. For every 50 full-time real estate agents there might be one mortgage broker.

A traditional mortgage broker and traditional real estate agent don't make salaries. They make commission.

There are plenty of realtors and insurance agents making well more than that and plenty of mortgage brokers making well less. Also there aren't as many mortgage brokers but the ones that stick around are usually pretty good at their jobs. Don't fixate on these numbers, pick the job (doesn't have to be one of these 3) that is right for your personality and excel at it and you'll do fine. Pick a job you don't enjoy and even if the average salary is high, you will likely fail at it eventually.

A real estate agent’s salary would depend upon their location, property values and house prices and their ability to sell.
An insurance agent’s salary would depend upon their service community, what type of insurance they are offering and their ability to sell.
