Why does YouTube advocate for free speech but censor stuff that are not considered inappropriate?

    If you have bothered to read up on their Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, YouTube can legally censor anything that violates the aforementioned sets of rules. They are under a lot of pressure from organizations and numerous governments to censor certain material because of its offensive nature or in violation of national laws. Sorry, but free speech isn't exercised there.

    YouTube is under pressure from Governments and Organisations [Organizations] to comply with rules set out by them.
