What is the best FM radio transmitter for an older car without an Aux input?

I want to be able to listen to music in my car through my phone or my iPod and I just want to know of a good FM transmitter that works well... I had tried one in the past, but it was very staticky and didn't work very well.

Update:

I mentioned in my question that I have an older car... It's almost 20 years old...

Possibly in the future in about 60 more years, they should release one in 2080.

The thing these days is Bluetooth. Most smart phones have Bluetooth capability that can connect wirelessly to your car's stereo. If your car's stereo doesn't have Bluetooth, then it's time to upgrade your car stereo.

Why would you need a transmitter to listen to music??

I have a pioneer in my car and it actually works quite well.
