Why do I get headaches when I drink water?

I always, without fail, get headaches when I drink more than 8 oz. Of water within a day without exercise. I asked my doctor and she couldn t give me an explanation. It s all water; water bottles, purified tap, etc. My doctor took a blood sample and all of my levels are good! Does this happen to anyone else?

Do you drink it all in one go? how do you spread out your intake? If you drink a lot of water in one go, it can upset your electrolyte balance

Also, do you drink cold water, drinking really cold water can trigger a headache for some people.

The plastics have chemicals in them... so stop drinking from them. Get a regular refill cup with lid and keep refilling it.
