Is retiring Steve McNair's number disrespectful to his family?

the man died cheating on his wife and away from his family. How's that ceremony going to go?

I guarantee you 90% of the league are the furthest thing from monogamous. Hell, I even hear Eli cheated on Michael Sam.

national enquirer, lol. Is that right next to the sightings of Elvis and alien abductions?

McNair's wife has actually protected his reputation since he was killed so my guess if that the family won't have a problem with seeing his number retired.

Word is McNair wore '9' to honor the mistresses that he had. All 9 of them.

There is no difference between "as a man" and "as a football player". Only useless fans see the difference. They go hand-in-hand. Also, not only did he cheat on his wife. He cost the young lady her life. If he hadn't have cheated, she'd likely still be alive.
