Person who knows bugger-all about golf trolls. Fine. During an 18-hole round you will typically walk between 5-6+ miles over rolling terrain. The pros will have a caddie; amateurs will either carry their bag or use a push cart. Even in a cart you still walk 1 to 1 1/2 miles (according to my pedometer after a round when I've taken a cart). After this, you're sore. Let's take a look at touring pros...don't see too many fat ones. Swinging a club isn't easy; it uses a lot of your muscles. It's in the Olympic programme. It's a sport.
Maybe because your diet is 70% of what you eat. Exercise only contributes to 30% of losing weight. You can eat healthy, and lose weight without working out. But you cannot work out, and lose weight eating unhealthy.
