Before anything, calm your brain, take a minute or two to sit in a comfortable position and just breathe. Understand where your focus needs to be, focus on the understanding of what is worthy of your distraction. Identify what deserves your focus. Unplug for 30 minutes, if you need to focus, log out of social media, log out of email, or just shut off your phone for 30 minutes. You can get so much done when you’re not always interruptions.
