I plan to do an experiment by eating lots of fast food and weighing up to 300 lbs. is this healthy?

Please don't do that. It would land you in hospital if you eat such toxic food items in huge amounts.
There is a better way of weighing up to 300 lbs if you look at a sumo wrestlers' diet. Just know what these sumo wrestlers eat. They eat so much rice, chankonabe (a dish with vegetables, tofu, meat or fish), udon noodles.
Just have a lot of meat in your diet, eat 7 meals a day, bulk up on rice.

No, but GETTING to 300 should be tasty and fun. Losing it again after the experiment is over will be h*ll.
