Is bread manufactured in factories less healthy than bread captured from the wild?

    Yes. Wild bread is very healthy, and hunting wild bread is an exhilarating pastime. I can't wait for bagel season to open!

    Shame you did not mention what state you live in.

    Some states - you would not want to eat wild bread - too many toxins in the local environment, makes it a Wonder they even call it bread.

    Wild bread is not well healed. No matter how you slice it, it s a terrible grind tying to find them. Even when in season you could still spend all that trouble looking - and end with a half baked one.

    The best bred bread is only available from private bread breeder bakers like myself.

    Probably but wild bread is so difficult to locate and even worse to trap. It is also the sole diet of the wild Haggis in the Highlands of Scotland and they are notoriously aggressive when someone tries to steal their food.

    Best all-round to stick to factory-made, I think.
