Would you got to a free community cookout?

Yes, and I'd probably take something along to share, maybe a potato salad or some slaw.

Yes and I have been to a few good ones!

No! Free food here would have to long a line to wait in.

Yes, I would go with my favorite dish of food to share. BUT, I would only eat what I brought because I am a bit skeptical to eat food from strangers as I am unsure how clean their kitchen and food handling practices are. I am in no way a picky eater or a germaphobic, but food in a large community event leaves too much room for food borne illness possibilities. Besides, I go places to meet the people, not necessarily solely for the food.

Why not? I'd bring a bag of chips or something to contribute.

Yes. And I'd bring a fantastic dish to pass!

No. What others eat scare me -- cheap burnt hamburgers, cheap "steaks" covered with BBQ sauce to cover mistakes.

Nope. I'm too anti-social for something like that (the people part, the cookout part sounds good)!

Yes I would
