Breaking Bad.
Game of Thrones had the potential to surpass it, but then they mangled the final season and series finale. Breaking Bad ended it before it got mediocre and the finale was fantastic.

Many say Breaking Bad but imo it's gotta be The Walking Dead. If you get past the long drawn out parts with not anything happening and have a really good imagination it's actually extremely addicting. I once spent about a day that night and half of the next day glued to the TV.
