Do the Democrats have a better presidential hopeful than Joe Biden??

Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) has a campaign slogan that her supporters at rallies have chosen for her: "I have a plan for that." What a lot of Americans do not yet know about Senator Warren: She has the most experience as a Consumer Advocate who has a long history of standing up to corporate bullies and big banks on behalf of the American people---a modern day version of David and Goliath. /
I have a deep respect and even a love for our two-term Vice President and long-time Senator Joe Biden, and our nation would be well-served if Gentle Joe is elevated to the presidency. However, give Elizabeth Warren's ideas a chance to percolate and you just might find her paid-for (not adding to deficit) ideas to be exactly what this already great, but in peril (Johnston, 2016, 2018; Nance, 2018; Mayer, 2017; Mueller, 2019) representative democratic republic with its of, by, and for the people rule now needs.
One Warren idea: Put a two-cent tax on every millionaire's and billionaire's $50,000,001st dollar and above. Allow these super-rich billionaires and the richest tax-dodging industries (like Koch brothers Charles and David, et al.) have their first $50 million at today's rate, and then take a two-cent per dollar tax on every dollar above that amount to pay for America's infrastructure repairs, college tuition debts of graduates, increases in school spending from pre-K through to community college; higher pay for teachers; putting more police officers into communities walking a beat; and all the other Bill Clinton policies that led us to having both a balanced budget and a huge $362 billion surplus (his done with a 39% tax rate on these billionaires that had not even one GOP vote). Like Hillary Clinton, Elizabeth Warren wants to tie U.S. workers' salaries to the Consumer Pricing Index so that if prices go up (as they are doing now because of the haphazard Trump tariffs), the workers' wages keep place with inflation and do not keep falling behind. There's more. Tonight Elizabeth Warren will be at a televised Town Hall in Indiana, with MSNBC's Chris Matthews as host. Worth a look-see.
I like some of the ideas of former California Prosecutor, now Senator Kamala Harris, but Warren seems a stronger candidate.Source(s): David Cay Johnston (2016) "The Making of Donald Trump" and (2018), "It's Even Worse Than You Think (What Trump Is Doing to America"; Malcolm Nance, career CIA espionage expert, "The Plot to Destroy Democracy"; Rick Wilson, GOP strategist, "Everything Trump Touches Dies"; Jane Mayer (2017), "DARK MONEY: The Hidden History of the Billionaires Behind the Rise of the Radical Right."

Many Democrats see some of the others as better fitting their personal agenda, but they recognize Joe Biden currently is best for beating trump.

No they really don't. Joe is going to be the pony they ride and die on.

Look who's running. One traded sex for political advancement, one is a sodomite, one is a pedophile, one wants to buy votes by promising to give people $1000/ month, one lied about being an American Indian, some of them want to buy the black vote with reparations, one is a skateboarder and several are openly socialist. Some crop of candidates, huh?

No, not really. I personally like a few of the challengers to Biden, but sadly the Lib/Dem machine will not let them have a fair chance.
