See the Immigration Canada website - cic.gc.ca - for complete details. What are your qualifications? What degrees do you hold in which field from which universities where? What experience do you have, doing what, exactly, how well & how long for whom where? Is this occupation listed on Canada's shortage list? If so, has the quota been filled, or is it still open? And can you find an authorized employer with govt permission to consider foreign applicants for an open position in a listed occupation? Expect to compete with as many as 100-1000 other applicants from around the world for that one job.

If you are a foreign student (indicated in your other posted questions), you must return home. You are not remaining in Canada.

The only way to skip the work visa process and go straight to PR is to immigrate to Canada with familial sponsorship.

That would depend greatly on your age, job skills, age, medical condition, and country of origin.

See Immigration and Citizenship Canada's website for details.

Getting married to a Canadian would be one way. Gay marriage is also available.
