a Core i3 is far from gaming level. more like mid-range.

you really need a 4-core Core i5 or better.

other than that, i'd get 2 chips of RAM, even if you have to do 2x4GB. dual-channel RAM does things SO much faster.

Decent monitor is $110 to $125 and is the visual in gaming. 21.5 is 1274 cm2. 24 is 1588 25% larger and can get better IO and gaming specs. https://pcpartpicker.com/products/monitor/#sort=price&W=2300,6500&page=1

Really crappy monitor and keyboard and mouse for a gaming pc,Show your prices including sales tax delivered because it appears to be higher than $700 by market prices unless a used GTX 1060 and more used parts. Windows op sys is extra. Windows on flash drive is not better than on ssd.

    https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CfbT29

shows over $700, plus flash drive, Keyboard, Mouse, fans, Windows, some delivery charges. Includes ebay used GTX 1060, excludes sales tax.
