How can you fix the problem if a package went to the Wrong place?

I sent a package to the US from Australia and I don’t know if it’s at the right place. What do I do if it’s at the wrong place?

    That's what tracking information is for. Your contract was with the company you sent it with - to get it to the correct destination.

    If it isn't there than you can claim on the company that sent it.
