    Lenny "Long Arms" Leinster. He specialised in painting from behind the canvas; that explains why the seated figure isn't executed very well. Hope this helped.

      Lenny doesn't like Google. Can't get "behind" it, y' see. He only likes stuff he can get behind. That came out wrong......

    For me it's Picasso it looks like Picasso at least to google image search algorithm :-)

    I right clicked that pic and clicked search image and that what I get :)

    I don't know--I can't see behind the painting. Maybe if you moved the painting and took another picture we could tell. Until then, I agree with plumdumplings that it is a Picasso reproduction by an unknown artist.
