Actually, 2 beers or the equivalent in wine or liquor is GOOD for longevity.
The average person would live longer as a very modest drinker. But when you go over 2-3 drinks a week, it turns negative.
When I was younger, I was a weekend binge drinker and that is not good. Now, I don't drink at all and that is bad. Not as bad as binge drinking but bad as compared to a few drinks a week.
My issue is If I start, I want more than 1-2, I guess because I used to binge drink so much.
