you may be financially ineligible for SSI. or it could be they already determined you do get DAC survivor benefits and it just hasn't caught up in the system.
4 years ago, you said you were prego...how'd that work out---too disabled to work, but able to parent? that is a red flag. parenting is one of the hardest jobs.
do you understand that SSI/SSDI/DAC survivor is only supposed to be for SEVERE disabilities??????
about 2/3rds of kids on SSI were fraudulently collecting benefits for mild/moderate disabilities....sadly only a small number get kicked off as an adult.
SOME CHILDREN LEGITIMATELY GET BENEFITS..>MOST JUST HAVE DEADBEAT PARENTS.
KIDS GET BENEFITS FOR MILD PHYSICAL DISABILITIES WHERE THEY CAN WALK AND USE THEIR HANDS ADEQUATELY, WELL CONTROLLED ASTHMA, WELL CONTROLLED EPILEPSY, WELL CONTROLLED ADHD...THE ONLY WAY THAT HAPPENS IS WHEN PARENTS AND DOCTORS LIE ON THE APPLICATION.
a survey was done and about 2/3rds of parents ADMITTED THEY WERE FRAUDS...saying their child did not have a severe disability...with about 25% saying the condition was very mild.
um, its not an assumption that you have a kid, it is a reasonable conclusion...if friend couldn't get into her account, she simply could have created a new one....
and being that you have been fighting this for years, it raises red flags that they are not severe...
