No. She's an idiot and proves she doesn't belong in leadership.
As a former hiring manager, there are so many things that go into salary that this "women make less than men" BS is just that: BS.
Things that go into consideration: Education, experience, training, job history, salary requirements. If I am hiring you and you're a college grad with no experience, I guarantee you I'm going to pay you less than the person who has no college degree but has ten years' experience. If you're someone who has ten years' experience but you have never held a job longer than six months, I guarantee I'm not going to pay you as well as I pay the person who has longevity on the job. You're just not worth it to me if you're going to quit or be fired in the next six months.
There's all kinds of reasons why people get the salaries they get. This notion that because someone's a man they automatically get more is BS. I have always, ALWAYS, out-earned most of my male counterparts, including my husband.
Kamala Harris shows her true colors when she says this. It's all about money. It's not about equality or responsibility, it's about tax revenue, nothing more.
