Firstly, you are 17 and underage - nothing is happening til you are 18
Secondly, have you ever met this person in real life, or have a couple of underage teens just swapped emails and skyped for a few months ?? To have any chance of success you need to convince Australian immigration that this is a GENUINE relationship, rather than an on-line fling.. So you need to have met a couple of times and be able to prove it at the very least - until that happens nothing is happening. NO visa of any type will be issued to you to go and live in another country with a person you have never met.
Thirdly, while there are partner visas, they are for couples already living together in the same country to apply to other countries to live, they are NOT for you to go to Australia. You would have to marry (does Australia recognise same sex marriage?) and she would have to be in a position to sponsor you - so minimum earning requirements.
You have a LONG, LONG way to go before you are even thinking about visas
