Sociopaths are created, while psychopaths are born. An example of a sociopath would be a person which was born as a normal person; however, due to environmental stress (like growing up in war), the person becomes a sociopath.

Technically, any person could be a sociopath; including people with autism. But it is far less likely for a person with autism to be a sociopath.
