Soy farmers can switch to corn and/or other crops when soy demand is off. Soooo... why didn't they? Could it be, overall demand for soy is?
I believe it was to drop about 3.2 percent according to agriculture.com.
That doesn't mean farm revenues are down 3.2 percent. It means farmers switched to other crops and earned about the same.
