She probably only wants it for woman as well, right? It's like some woman seem to want to take away everyone else's human rights and empower their own, even against large organisations. XD I'd suspect the accusing party in that kind of situation would find it VERY easy to get proof. It's a simple case of knowing the hours you've worked over 2 weeks, knowing how much you've been paid, and comparing that to I'm assuming where the argument was unfolding from. A man earning more. An organisation having to prove theres no pay discrimination is no different from them having to put forward evidence to argue against that kind of accusation. They'd have no move if what the accuser was saying was true as the pay checks they were giving out would leave them with no argument. Or are you simply stating some woman are just so useless that they don't know what basic evidence looks like when its sitting right in front of them? No company hoping to run a profitable organisation would dare discriminate pay wise these days. If a woman's being paid less, its because she either works less, works a lower level of job in the company, or works jobs with less risk. Even then jobs with more risk seem to earn a person less than somebody sitting in an office. (This typically almost always a woman) Because they want equality but only the easy jobs, men can have the life threatening back breaking jobs. BECAUSE FAIR! Right?
