If I’ve been diagnosed with acute pancreatitis from alcohol abuse can I ever drink again in moderation?

    Do you REALLY want to piss off god? Drinking? It's something you used to do. But it's really bad for you and you can't do that now.

    Yes, you can. Raise your hand if you have ever died of alcohol use? I doubt anyone else has their hand raised.

    Yes, you can, but doing so risks your losing the moderation, which could cause pancreatic failure, diabetes II and fatty liver disease or a cirrhoritic liver.

    So, not really worth dying for.
