It's a good thing Hillary lost, or there wouldn't be a United States of America today. She was going to pick up where Obama left off.

Die Hard Trump supporters blood into a myth about him and his popularity. They looked at the improbability of his rise and me Republican primary, and also the enthusiasm of his supporters, and mistook that for thinking that he was broadly popular. In fact, ironically, there were many Trump supporters who predicted, before the election, that Trump would win the popular vote but would lose the Electoral College. For these Die Hard Trump supporters, who had been told throughout the election that the pools with showed him as deeply unpopular were fake, admitting that he lost the popular vote would be a psychic blow.

Popular vote in the vast majority of states where it was put to a vote. Voted down gay marriage, yet our system, with all it's checks and balances, ended up, getting it right. Would you have preferred popular vote winning in that case?
