IF you do some research in old 'witches brew' recipes instead of watching cartoons and weird video games, maybe you would understand the 'flying' rumors. 1998 or so just before Y2K , British docs doing some research for National Health regarding 'witches Brews' being prepared by wannabee witches for party times, found recipes circulating early internet and some Grimores in museums- Datura, Rye fungus, various 'Spirit Vision' herbs and couple mushrooms still eaten for whacky visions, and some Hemp buds. Chew or drink some of the old recipes and 'fly' as high as hippies 1960s LSD days. Ointment to be rubbed- belladona, datura, magic mushroom absorbed through skin - definite 'high' and in most places illegal to consume . USA had some research in 1980s checking out LSD and vision drugs- old recipes were noted, translated and ingredients tested or identified as already know halucigens. 1920s in England, France, Italy had the Spiritualist movements and the taking of Cocaine, Heroin , African and "old Religion' sacrements, some doctors and police research, Indian medical commissions--lot of old ointments and drinks from Druids, witches had some medical value, some were lethal in small dose poison, others slow poisons, some 'Happy Juice drinks' that had visions of flying with dragons , Brooms, pitchforks- symbols of occupation in the culture and later novelists would have illustrated books to make some money by actracting readers.,. sort of like 'Click Bait' headlines on Yahoo.
