An unbalanced diet can lead to serious chronic illnesses. In regard to diet, avoid meals that lack vitamins and minerals, even if they are quick and easy to prepare.

Getting fat percentage down should be your first step to achieving a toned stomach- no matter how much work you do on your abs you will not see the effects unless you have a low overall body fat percentage. Along with balanced diet, "Mummy Magic Weight Loss Tea" helped in achieving my goal!!

Not if it has high sodium.

Yeah but thats not a healthy way to go about it especially if there's no nutrients or if it's too salty. If you feel like this will be the best way and its sustainable for you then try to just make sure it's healthy and maybe take a multivitamin to fill in any gaps in your diet.

Any significant change in diet, especially if you narrow it down, is likely to cause you to lose weight. Just make sure you include lots of nutrients in the soup and as some others have said, don't eat too much soup - anything can make you gain weight if you eat too much of it.

Be careful doing this! I would ask your doctor beforehand just in case it would be detrimental to your health.
