Should I Lift Weights if My Body is Physically Tired?
Sometimes I get home from a softball game and my body is physically tired from all the sweating and activity. I m not so tired that I can t lift, but I just don t have as much energy as I would usually have when lifting. Should I still lift weights or rest up and just lift the next day?

If you're lifting when your muscles are tired, all it does is make you more tired. there is little to no benefit lifting weights on tired muscles. Ask any personal trainer

I would rest and lift the next day. When tired you cant give it your all.

Yes! If it hurts, that's good. Pain is weakness leaving the body! If you dislocate your shoulders and get a hernia, that means even more pain is leaving the body! You should never ever rest because resting is a sign of weakness!

Listen to your body, rest if you need to. You will make much better progress if you rest properly than trying to do to much

i would rest if youre too tired so you dont hurt yourself doing it
