Usually your body will reduce fat proportionally. Sometimes you can encounter "stubborn" fat. For males that is often around the belly. You need to exercise it off; the exercises are bending, twisting, and kicking exercises. You don't need any weights, you need high repetitions. The exercises you need are squat thrusts, windmills, cherry pickers, and any other calisthenic that bends, twists, or kicks. You have to bend & twist it away.
