Do banks still give out coin wrappers?

Update:

I have some coins saved in a jar. Do the banks still give out coin wrappers or do they have coin machines? Do they charge anything? If so about how much? Thanks.

Yes. You just have to ask for them.

Ask your particular bank. It could be that if you show up with wrapped coins, they just empty them into the counting machine and count, anyway.

Nowadays, I go into the supermarket and use the coinstar machine. It gives full value if you choose a gift certificate, and an Amazon gift code is nearly as good as cash to me.

    Call yours and ask.

Yes, if you have an account there. Some banks have coin machines but charge unless you have an account with them. Places like Walmart usually have coin star that does a charge but accepts change.

Bank of America does (even though it's been a long time since I asked). You need them, because starting this year they don't accept change anymore unless it's wrapped.
