It was a little hole in the wall in Toronto, and their name was Pizza For Breakfast. We're going back over 30 years ago.
They had two hooks to draw customers in. First, they promised to deliver any normal pizza to the customer's door between 7 and 8 AM. The customer could request their pizza fresh, reheated or cold, because who doesn't love having last night's pizza for breakfast.
The other hook was their promise that they would (for prepaid orders only) put anything legal on a pizza. You want a pizza with pepperoni and cucumber? You got it. You want a pizza with hot dogs, Gummy Bears and marshmallows on it? You got it, but only if you pay cash up front.
That business might still be in business for all I know, but I kind of doubt it. But pizza really does make for a really good breakfast.
