FWIW, you can't get rid of recent taxes in bankruptcy. 2014 might be old enough as you probably filed the taxes in 2015 and they became old in 2018. If you filed the bankruptcy after that, they might be included.
As for getting a refund for 2018, no. Since you owe on prior years, I believe the IRS will keep it. If you didn't owe, the IRS would be required to turn it over to the bankruptcy court. In all cases, *you* won't get the refund.
