Every place on our amazing planet has difficulties. Consider Hawaii, which (so I have been told) is just absolutely perfect for weather. It costs three arms and five legs to live there, and you can't just get in your car and go somewhere else.
I used to live in Massachusetts, which gets snow but never gets tornadoes. Then there was Tuesday, 9th June, 1953. Worcester, Mass. got wiped out by a tornado.
My cousin lived her entire life in tornado country and never even saw one. I visited her state just three times and saw the sky turn green and purple, which is a sign of Very Bad Weather. Click your heels together three times and go and live wherever makes you happy.
