Can I get an interdict without a solicitor?

Not on your bike.

I am struggling to figure out how this question ended up in the cycling forum. I am also uncomfortable with some answers. An interdiction is not an indictment. It is more akin to what Americans refer to as an injunction. You really need to talk to a solicitor to resolve this problem if you are serious about it

What the f*ck has this to do with cycling (bicycles)? https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/interdi...

I'm going to assume you're asking about an indictment. However you posted in the Cycling section where questions are answered about bicycles. You relied on YA to post the question for you instead of doing it yourself. Use the Edit icon to move your question to the Government & Politics>>Laws & Ethics section.Source(s): Motorized bicycle owner and builder.
