What do you think is so special about humans that we should live for ever? Even if you are a vegan, do you accept that there are some animals that have to eat others to survive? Think how overcrowded the world would be if there was reproduction but no death? Get over yourself. Death is natural and inevitable.

I think there is something about blood becoming so laden with waste that the person dies. Even if we found a "cure" for dying, people over about 150 would be blithering idiots, as the folds in the brain smooth over time, and those very folds are what keeps a person sentient.

We don't know for sure. After a certain number of replications our cells just start losing that ability and start dying off. We don't really know why.
